Our serviced apartments were awarded...
Frederics takes pride in an award. Since September 2008 our boardinghouses possess the AAA-Value-certification by TÜV Rheinland Group. It is important to us to show our commtiment to high quality and service standards in our apartments in Munich. Our two location were inspected over several days – and eventually awarded as the first Munich partner of Boardinghouse Consulting of Apartmentservice Berlin.
"Boardinghouse Service Quality System" promises more transparency in the growing boardinghouse segment, which was developed by TÜV Rheinland Group together with Boardinghouse Consulting: „So far there was no categorization for boardinghouses, therefore the offer range was hard to be evaluated."
"It's the system's goal to set minimum standards and thus create more transparency for travellers", says Olaf Seiche, expert for tourism from TÜV Rheinland. A dozen boardinghouses with over 500 apartments have already been certified by TÜV Rheinland.
Chief-auditor Christian Erbst was able to see for himself the service quality and customer orientiation at frederics. He liked the good mix of high-quality equipment, broad service offer and central location. Also he was impressed by the creative elements e.g. the graphic arrangement of the entrance area in both our houses.
The TÜV Rheinland certificate is awarded for three years, with a control audit once a year. The certification system for so-called serviced apartments provides an orientation to private travellers and companies in the field. In analogy to the hotel stars the categories give a first glance impression when it comes to differentiate equipment and offers of boardinghouses.
