No, our apartments can be rented starting from one night. Yet, most of our guests book for a long term stay, often over several weeks or months.
Very easily - You have two options:
Option 1: You book directly through our website. A credit card is required for this.
Option 2: Place your booking per Email, Post or Fax to Frederics Serviced Apartments (IPG Immobilien Projekt GmbH). We need your full contact details (name and address), and optionally a credit card number to guarantee your reservation.
Together with the booking confirmation you will receive all detailed information on the scope of services, payment dates and any deposits, as well as our terms and conditions. You can find all the details here.
- Please fax or send us an e-mail with your signed booking confirmation. (Not applicable for Option 1)
- The first (monthly) payment and possibly the deposit should be paid prior to the date of your check in (according to our booking confirmation).
Alternatively, you can pay simply per credit card. In case of a last minute booking, you can pay at arrival on site – either by credit card or cash.
Please transfer the monthly payment no later than the first working day of the month to our bank account. The on-site payment – especially for shorter stays - is possible in cash or with the following credit cards: American Express, VISA or MasterCard.
We charge a deposit between 1,000 Euros and 2,000 Euros – depending on the apartment category for any stays longer than 29 nights. The deposit serves as a security for any damage that might occur in the apartment. After your departure, we will pay the deposit back to your specified bank account (generally within four weeks). Incidental charges from banks abroad will be deducted for international transfers.
No. You book directly at Frederics. Therefore, no commissions will be charged.

The reception is open on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm (or to 7 pm on weekends and public holidays).
Frederics Serviced Apartments Smart at Dantestraße:
You will find the keys to your apartment in our key box on site. You’ll receive the login information from us no later than the day of arrival; either by e-mail or SMS.
Any arrival outside of these hours is possible by appointment. In this case, you will get an access to our key safe.
Make yourself at home: We welcome you with a complimentary bottle of still and sparkling water upon your arrival; our houses in Munich provides an extra a bowl of apples on top.
Bed linen and towels are provided in all Frederics apartments.
Most units at Frederics are apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen so that you can be selfsufficient. The kitchen is equipped with: a ceramic hob, fridge freezer and microwave. You can also find dishes, glasses and cutlery. Very few units are rooms only, without kitchen.
You’ll find TV and HiFi in the apartment.
The feel-at-home comfort of each apartment is completed by a (video) intercom and a private mailbox.
You can book a secure wireless access. On request, a duplex underground parking space is available in our garage. In our laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small extra fee (included in Frederics Serviced Apartments Style at Oranienburger Strasse).
You are welcome to use the iron and ironing board for free.
As a guest for less than four nights, we clean the apartment only after your departure.
For stays longer than four nights, the apartments are cleaned once a week. This includes all surfaces and floors of the living and sleeping area and the bathroom. You will only need to take care of the kitchen by yourself. Towels and bed linen are also changed every week.
We charge NO extra fee for the final cleaning.
No. All serviced apartments at Frederics are non-smoking apartments.
No. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
