No, you can stay in the Apartments already from 1 Night.

Will a leasing contract be concluded?

A written leasing contract between frederics - apartments auf Zeit (IPG Immobilienprojekt GmbH) and the tenant is concluded setting the scope of services and the respective rights and duties bindingly. Attached to the leasing contract you receive the terms and conditions and the payment plan via email.

What steps are required before check-in?

  1. Please fax or send us via Emai upfront a signed copy of the leasing contract.
  2. Please send us via mail two copies of the signed leasing contract and add a copy of your ID card or passport (front and back side).
  3. We ask you to transfer the first leasing rate and if so the deposit prior to the day of check-in, as stated in the payment plan. Credit card payment is possible as well. Short-notice bookings may also pay with credit card upon arrival.

How is the payment made?

Please transfer the monthly lease to our account until the first work day of the respective month. The payment can also be made with the following credit cards: American Express, Visa Card and Master Card.

Is there a deposit?

For a stay longer than 29 nights the deposit lies between 1000 and 2000 EUR, depending on the apartment category. The deposit serves as a guarantee for potential damages in the apartment. After your check-out it will de refunded to an account of your choice within 4 weeks.The fees for international transfers will be deducted from the deposit.

Do I have to pay commission?

There is no commission since you are directly booking with the provider.

Check in and check out?

You will be received by our staff and provided with all the essential informations about the furnished apartment.

The apartment can be accessed on the day of arrival from 12.30 pm until 5.30 pm. For this purpose you need to make an appointment. Upon arrival you receive a key for house / apartment as well as one for your letterbox.

Check-in on weekends or after 5.30 pm is possible with prior notice via our key safes at the houses.

For check-out we ask you to leave the clean apartment until 11.30 am.

How is the equipment of the apartments?

Upon arrival you receive bottles of still and sparkling water as well as a bowl of apples.

All kitchens provide ceran top stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, water cooker, crockery set and cutlery by Villeroy & Boch.

For your entertainment you find stereo and a TV in each apartment.

Each apartment also has an interphone system and an individual letterbox.

What are frederics optional services?

The following services may be booked on top: WLAN-Internet access (3,00 EUR per night) and a garage duplex parking 4,00 EUR per night).

Each property provides a washing machine (2,50 EUR p. machine) and a dryer (1,50 EUR p. machine) in the washroom. Also feel free to borrow an ironing board and a flat iron.

On request and for a fee we fill your refrigerator upon arrival and bring your laundry to the dry cleaning during your stay at frederics serviced apartments.

How often is the apartment cleaned?

All apartments are cleaned once a week including surfaces and floors and the bathroom, the kitchen is not included in the weekly cleaning the bedlinen and towel change once a week also including.

There is no fee for the final cleaning.

Are there non-smoking apartments?

All frederics serviced apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Can pets be brought to the apartment?

For hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Who can help on site?

Our caretaker deals with all matters of maintenance, e.g. exchanging electric bulbs.
