Modalities for check-in and check-out

Here you find all relevant informations about the booking procedure.

First booking steps :

You make an enquiry via phone or our website. If you choose a furnished apartment by frederics, the procedure is as follows:

A written booking confirmation between frederics - apartments auf Zeit (IPG Immobilienprojekt GmbH) and the tenant is concluded setting the scope of services and the respective rights and duties bindingly. Attached to the booking confirmatiion you receive the terms and conditions via email.

First steps after booking:

Please fax +49 (0) 89 45 24 38 97 us a signed copy of the booking confirmation or send us via E-mail info[at]frederics.eu.

We ask you to transfer the deposit and the first leasing rate prior to the day of check-in. Credit card payment is possible as well. Short-notice bookings may also pay with credit card upon arrival.

Check-in / Check-out:

The apartment can be accessed on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm until 7 pm. Upon arrival you receive a key for the house / apartment as well as one for your letterbox. Check-in after 7 pm is possible with prior notice via our key safes at the houses. For check-out we ask you to leave the clean apartment until 11.00 am.
