Modalities for check-in and check-out

Here you find all relevant informations about the booking procedure.

First booking steps :

You make an enquiry via phone or our website. If you choose a furnished apartment by frederics, the procedure is as follows:

A written leasing contract/booking confirmation between frederics - apartments auf Zeit (IPG Immobilienprojekt GmbH) and the tenant is concluded setting the scope of services and the respective rights and duties bindingly. Attached to the leasing contract you receive the terms and conditions and the payment plan via email.

First steps after booking:

Please fax us a signed copy of the leasing contract or send us via E-mail info[at]frederics.eu.

Please send us via mail two copies of the signed leasing contract/booking confirmation and add a copy of your ID card or passport (front and back side). We ask you to transfer the deposit and the first leasing rate prior to the day of check-in, as stated in the payment plan. Credit card payment is possible as well. Short-notice bookings may also pay with credit card upon arrival.

Check-in / Check-out:

The apartment can be accessed on the day of arrival from 12.30 pm until 6 pm. For this purpose you need to make an appointment. Upon arrival you receive a key for the house / apartment as well as one for your letterbox. Check-in on weekends or after 6 pm is possible with prior notice via our key safes at the houses. For check-out we ask you to leave the clean apartment until 11.30 am.
