Firma Sportfive: "Sensation of space and service“

I have come to Munich a few weeks ago to establish our new site. My job requires a high extent of mobility, therefore I value calmness and privacy when choosing a place to stay. At frederics all those parameters are being met. And at the same time I live central close by the shopping mile Hohenzollernstraße and I have all stores for the daily needs and the underground right in front of the boardinghouse.

The sensation of space in my suite is generous and the equipment leaves no wishes unmet. In the design kitchen I enjoy cooking with my wife and the comfort of a dishwasher. The furnishing of the two rooms seems high quality, especially the sofa is cosy and convenient.

The large roof terrace is ideal for a Sunday outdoor breakfast  – with a view over the city.

Last but not least, I want to mention the outstanding service which I was able to enjoy upon arrival and during the entire stay. The term of the "real feel good management“ in the frederics brochure is therefore absolutely appropriate.

Company CadCon: "A reliable partner for our new employees"

Our company has been booking with frederics since summer 2007. For our new employees looking for a place to stay for their start in Munich we have to rely on a trustworty partner, which we have found with frederics.

The personal touch and the ever smooth booking procedure is a great plus in this cooperation. The communication is perfect and we are very pleased helpfulness at frederics. When I was very busy with work the reservation staff took over generating the lease contract for me serveral times. A great service, in my opinion.

In general the service is amazing. Our colleagues have always felt at home in the apartments and would recommend frederics anytime. The equipment is praised as elaborate and functional. Another advantage is the central location for the boardinghouse on Dantestraße close to our company.

To us frederics is always first choice!
