Yet: For modern service companies it is crucial to examine and document the customer satisfaction concerning the service offer. Only that way the needs of the customers become transparent and conherent, and a change or shift of expectations can be discovered timely.
This allows for a continuing service adaptation to changing needs and a reliable und contemporary arrangement of our offers.
Frederics perceives housing not only as the satisfaction of the need to sleep, but wants to offer its customers a temporary home with a feel-good ambiance during their stay. Therefore it is critical to have detailed knowledge about the wishes of our customers. Satisfied customers always come back and are a company's credible advertising vehicles through their accounts – much better than advertising campaigns with celebrities. But also customer complaints or the request for improving details give us the chance to make good things even better. It is important to us to be in touch with the customer and to signal that we take her/his wishes seriously and that it is an utmost concern to adjust our service to her/him.

For this purpose, together with the faculty of Organisational - and Business Psychology and the LMU Munich (PD Dr. Jürgen Kaschube), we have made it our objective to learn more about the wishes and requirements of our clients.
We want to know how our current offer "Serviced Apartments in Munich" (facilities, style-of-living and infrastructure) and our client contact, (e.g. booking and service, as well as offers for leisure time) are experienced by every client and guest.
